    Other specifications are customizable.

    Core Definition and Function

Definition: Mesh filter elements woven or formed from various materials, designed to fit paint buckets, spray guns, rollers, and other coating tools for pre-treatment filtration of coatings.

    Core role

    • Enhances coating quality: filters out sand particles, wood chips, paint skin, and agglomerates to prevent granulation, pinholing, and orange-peel defects on walls and workpieces, resulting in a more uniform and smooth finish.

    • Equipment protection: Prevents impurities from clogging spray gun nozzles and roller pores, reduces equipment failures and maintenance costs, and extends service life.

    • Optimized construction: reduces the likelihood of nozzle clogging and material interruptions, enhances spray and roller application efficiency, and minimizes rework.

    Product Features

    • Precise filtration: uniform mesh openings effectively trap impurities of the specified mesh size without disrupting the normal flow of the paint.

    • Chemical resistance: Compatible with most water-based, oil-based, and solvent-based paints and coatings; resistant to swelling and degradation.

    • Easy to operate: convenient installation and replacement; single-use products require no cleaning, while reusable items are easy to clean.

    How to use

    • Preparation: Select a filter screen that matches the mesh count and size, and clean the paint bucket/container.

    • Installation: For the drum-mounted type, place it directly on the drum rim; for the spray-gun type, insert it into the feed inlet; for the hopper type, position it above the container.

    • Filtration: Slowly pour the paint so that it flows naturally through the filter, leaving impurities on the mesh.

    • Cleaning: During construction, regularly shake off or scrape off paint sludge from the mesh surface; disposable filters should be discarded after use, while reusable filters should be cleaned with a solvent, dried, and stored.
