Product Installation

Phase 1: Wrap the first row with 0.9-mm metal wire.

• Secure the starting end of the 0.9-mm wire to one of the tubes at the beginning of the row.

• Place the coil along the line in the correct direction, then return and close the coil in the opposite direction.

• At the end of each row, re-wrap the wire without cutting it, ensuring continuous coverage across all twenty layers.

Phase 2: Wrap the second row with 0.8-mm metal wire.

• Secure the starting end of the 0.8-mm wire and proceed with the same steps as in the first stage.

• Ensure the wire ends are tightly and securely wrapped at the terminations.

Phase 3: Wrap the third row using 0.6-mm wire.

• Repeat the winding process using 0.6-mm metal wire, maintaining the same winding technique and tension as in the previous stages.

Phase 4: Wrap the fourth row with 0.5-mm metal wire.
